DTS stands for the owner’s son, a daily reminder of why we do what we do. With decades of combined experience and a loyal team of ASE-certified technicians, we bring precision and professionalism to every job, whether it's a light-duty pickup, a heavy-duty rig, or a specialty fire truck.
Although we were established in January 2025, DTS was built to serve fleet managers and owner-operators with the kind of transparency and integrity that’s often hard to find in the industry. We're proud to carry on the quality workmanship and community commitment once delivered by Rex Olson, whose spirit of service lives on in our shop today. And as life-long Montana residents, we treat our customers like neighbors.

With over 15 years in the industry, Bill leads the shop with unmatched expertise. A legacy technician from Rex Olson’s team, he now ensures DTS Truck Repair delivers the same gold standard of service and leadership.
Clayton Rea – Diesel Mechanic II & Parts Manager
Clayton brings 16 years of experience across light, medium, and heavy-duty repairs, as well as our lead Automotive Technician. As Bill’s nephew and trusted technician, he’s a steady hand in every corner of the shop.
Joshua Paletta – Diesel Mechanic II
Joshua is a diagnostics pro with 5 years of heavy-duty experience and Cummins certifications. Trained at UTI and seasoned in top-tier dealerships, he brings great skill and precision to every repair.
Cade Trihey – Diesel Mechanic I
Cade is a rising star with experience in both farm equipment and heavy-duty trucks. A 2024 WyoTech grad, Cade is sharp, driven, and ready to grow with DTS.
Alex Ostler – HR & Shop Assistant
Alex is the operational heartbeat of DTS, handling everything from DOT compliance to HR with efficiency and a smile. He keeps our people and processes running strong.
Sheryl Goddard – Chief Financial Officer
With 30+ years in accounting, Sheryl manages all things finance at DTS. Her sharp eye and experience keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes.
